This immersive training offers tools and experiential practices to cultivate authentic expression, emotional intelligence, and resonant communication in relationships, teaching, and public speaking.

Through self-reflection and embodied inquiry, participants develop the capacity to respond with clarity, compassion, and wisdom in the ever-changing moments of life.

In this transformational course, we will explore:

• Listening — not just hearing

• Letting your presence speak

• Learning to be clear and direct in your communication

• Navigating gossip

• Healing and balancing the fifth chakra

• Developing a strong, authentic projection

• Finding your confidence for public speaking

Expect core yoga, deep meditation, and be ready to practice, process, and uplift together.

Entry Criteria

• Experienced yoga students or yoga teachers of all traditions are welcome

• Teachers with a 200-hour (or higher) certification may receive credit for continuing professional development

• All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion

• This course is transformative in nature; participants should be grounded in a recognizable perception of reality

Level Two Certification
This is one of five Level Two courses, which together form a 300-hour advanced training program, consisting of five 62-hour modules (5 x 6 days).

Graduates of all five modules will receive a 300-hour certificate, recognized by Yoga Alliance Professionals UK
