How do we attune to the invisible world when the veil grows thinner at the Equinox?
The Fall Equinox is a powerful threshold — a moment of cosmic balance between light and dark, inner and outer. At this gateway, we’ll engage in practices that open us to the guidance of Spirit. Through grounding breathwork, subtle-body awareness, and guided meditations, we’ll attune to the presence of our spirit guides and communicate through symbols, kinesthetic sensations, and visions.
A sacred field of expanded intuition will help connect us with allies, messengers and beings of light who may bring clarity, healing, and direction on our path.
Many of the kriyas and meditative techniques in this course come directly from Guru Dharam’s long-standing personal practice and therapeutic work — methods designed for direct access to subtle realms and spirit communication. Siri Sat will share practices from her own studies and teachers, widening the lens of connection and deepening the journey at this auspicious seasonal threshold.
This immersion is for anyone who wants to:

What to Expect:
No experience necessary — just an open mind and heart. We’ll work with yoga to open the space, meditations to anchor, and other potent energy practices to fortify and renew.
