While it’s easy to slip into paranoia, superstition, or blame, real protection comes from sound energetic practice and active self-empowerment—learning to stay grounded, clear, and present no matter what’s happening around you.
Whether you call it stress, tension, or something more subtle, we all know what it feels like to carry dissonant energy that is not our own.
Many of the kriyas and meditative techniques in this course come directly from Guru Dharam’s personal practice and therapeutic work—unpublished and not previously taught publicly—crafted specifically for the energetic challenges of our current time. Siri Sat will share practices from her own guides across different traditions.

What to Expect:
No experience necessary — just an open mind and heart. We’ll work with yoga to open the space, meditations to anchor, and other potent energy practices to fortify and renew.
