The Summer Solstice is a time of ultimate clarity; a moment of maximum light and the peak of the year’s energy.
On this sacred threshold, we are offered a unique opportunity to bring the fullness of light into our own lives and into the roots of our family tree, standing fully in the strength of our ancestral lineage.
A journey in the Catskills:
Woodstock V-hive is located in the Catskills region, 100 miles from New York city and nestled on 10 acres of land.
Through embodied practice and subtle energetic guidance, we will release obsolete entanglements, honor what still supports us and restore a flow of healing peace across the generations of our bloodline.
Guru Dharam and Siri Sat will share specifically crafted practices from various lineages.
This weekend immersion blends Sacred Yoga, meditation, and constellation-based healing to enter the ancestral field, a space where personal and collective memory lives. With reverence and clarity, we’ll meet both the blessings of the bloodline and the curses on the family tree, the gifts we carry, and the challenging patterns ready to be released.

Held in the energetic vortex of V-Hive in the Woodstock Catskills, this land amplifies the work. Practice in the Geodesic Dome — a sacred sound chamber designed for harmonic resonance. Walk the labyrinth, sit by the fire, cool off in the spring-fed pond, or meditate beside pyramids built in alignment with Giza and the geometry of the hive. Listen to the bees as spiritual companions, guardians of harmony, devotion, and the interconnected flow of life. The space itself attunes, supports, and remembers.

Day 1 | June 19
Afternoon Arrival: Set up for tent accommodations or check into your lodgings.
4:00 PM: First Practice Session
(Potential to start earlier depending on students’ arrival times. Once registration is complete, we will assess travel logistics and confirm the best start time. The NYC bus arrives in Woodstock at 3:11 PM—if all participants arrive earlier, we aim to begin at 3:30 PM.)7:30 PM: Dinner
Day 2 | June 20
Early Morning Sunrise Practice: Yoga and Meditation (Starts at 6:30 AM *subject to change)
Breakfast
Morning Activities: Labyrinth/Pyramid Walk or Pond Swim (weather permitting)
Mid-Morning: Ancestral Constellations Mapping
Lunch Break: Enjoy a vegetarian mealand some free time
Afternoon: Ancestral constellation Communication
Evening: Dinner followed by a Puja Fire and Ceremony
Day 3 | June 21st:
Our journey concludes with a special Summer Solstice morning practice on Sunday, June 21st; a dedicated time to seal our ancestral healing and radiate the renewed strength of our lineage under the peak of the year’s sun.Early Morning: Final Yoga and Meditation Practice
