The Cosmic Pause
Magical, Mystical Mexico
A Winter Solstice Mayan Retreat
with Siri Sat and Guru Dharam
16-22 December 2025
at Mahahaul, Mexico
Want to rest, reset, and re-align in rhythm with nature’s cycles?
In a world that rarely lets us pause, the end of the year can leave even the most grounded souls stretched thin, not in crisis, but simply… misaligned. Rather than naming every source of disconnection, let’s turn our attention toward what restores us.
The Winter Solstice offers a rare and sacred opportunity to reset not just your nervous system, but your energetic compass. It is a Cosmic Pause — a threshold moment as the polarity shifts from Yang to Yin, and the light is quietly reborn through the womb of darkness. It’s a time to listen deeply, release gently, and reconnect to the source within.
Through the practices of Sacred Yoga and meditation, we’ll enter into this liminal space together—supported by the sea, the sky, and the spirit of the land.
Join us for this intimate retreat on a private beach along the shores of the ancient Mayan world, where the waters offer their blessings, and the Solstice sun rises just for us.

This isn’t just a wellness getaway — it’s a sacred pause for those who walk the healing path and need a space to simply be, rest, and renew.
Held at Mahai, nestled between the jungle and the sea along the Mayan shores of Mahahual — 2.5 hours from Tulum and 1.5 from Bacalar — this retreat is immersed in the raw, restorative elements of sun, sand, sky, and saltwater.
Mahai is a sanctuary of sustainable luxury — fully solar-powered and designed to let the natural world thrive. Here, you’ll hear only the wind, the birds, and the sea.
